Welcome to Tikep. By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Tikep, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

Tikep is a fitness application that provides personalized daily exercise prescriptions ("exercise snacks") designed to improve longevity and physical capacity. The app tracks your progress and adjusts recommendations based on your performance.

3. Health Disclaimer

• Consult a healthcare provider before starting any exercise program
• Stop exercising and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort
• Tikep is not responsible for any injuries that may occur from following exercise recommendations
• Users with health conditions should exercise under medical supervision

4. Account Registration

To use Tikep, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's account settings
• Refunds are subject to Apple/Google's refund policies

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the app
• Share your account with others
• Interfere with the app's operation or security
• Use automated systems to access the app

7. Intellectual Property

All content in Tikep, including text, graphics, logos, exercise descriptions, and software, is owned by Tikep or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

8. User Content

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to us may be used by Tikep without compensation or credit to you.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app's Settings menu. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the app ceases immediately
• Your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Active subscriptions will not be refunded for the remaining period

10. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

• The app will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Results from using the app will meet your expectations
• Any errors will be corrected

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TIKEP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tikep and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims arising from your use of the app or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Belo Horizonte, Brazil.
